1.Titanium sintered plate, foam plate, titanium rod filter element definition
Titanium sintered porous materials are mostly used for filtering materials,electrodes,heat transfer materials,catalyst carrier materials,noise cancelling materials according to their physical and structural properties.
It is a kind of porous titanium filter sheet made of industrial high-purity titanium powder (99.6%, 0.4% as titanium alloy: nitrogen, hydrogen, iron, manganese, etc.) as raw material, after screening, cold isostatic pressing, high temperature and high vacuum sintering.
Porous titanium plate, titanium sintered plate, metal sintered filter plate, with corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, high strength, easy to ensure the filtration accuracy, easy regeneration and other beneficial properties. The titanium filter element is made of titanium powder through molding and high temperature sintering, so the surface particles are not easy to fall off. It can be used in the air up to 500-600℃. It is suitable for the filtration of various corrosive media, such as hydrochloric acid, hydroxide, sea water, aqua royale, iron, copper, sodium and other chloride solutions. It has excellent mechanical properties, can be cutting, welding and other machining, compression strength is large, its filtration accuracy is easy to ensure, even under high temperature and high pressure work, aperture will not occur deformation. The porosity is up to 35-50%, the pore size is evenly distributed, the pollution load is large, and the regeneration method is simple, and can be reused after regeneration.
