Along porous metal can produce miniature, the slow-moving bubbles-the best method of achieving high-efficiency gas/liquid contacting. For decades, porous metal spargers have been the fast, reliable, cost-effective choice for gas/liquid contacting in all sorts of industries.
Small bubbles transfer gases faster, more efficiently
Porous spargers introduce gases into liquids through thousands of tiny pores, creating bubbles far smaller and more numerous than with drilled pipe and other sparging methods. The result is a greater gas/liquid contact area, which reduces the times and volume required to dissolve gas into a liquid.
With thousands of pores over the surface of porous metal sparger, larger volumes of gas can be passed with a very high specific area.
The porous metal sparger is made of titanium and stainless steel 316L, to provide long-lasting operation even in the midst of temperatures as high as 600 ℃under oxidizing conditions.
Porous metal sparger creates millions of small, slowly rising bubbles, with significantly more surface area, resulting in more complete and rapid mass transfer.
