Metal powder sintered porous material is made of metal or alloy powder by forming and sintering at high temperature and with a rigid structure.
 
Production Steps: Filtrate-- Isostatic compaction--Vacuum sintering
Feature: sintered porous materials have excellent corrosion resistance, wear resistance, high temperature and low-temperature mechanical strength, good thermal expansion, conductivity, and magnetic conductivity.
Advantage: good permeability, pore size, and porosity are controllable, shape stability, high filtration accuracy, wear-proof, good mechanical properties, good thermal conductivity, heat resistance, heat dissipation performance, backflush, and reuse.
Ⅱ. Properties of Sintered Porous Media Filter Materials:

1. The porous structure has the characteristics of wide frequency sound absorption and sound insulation.

Ⅳ. Application Of Nickel Base Alloy Sintered Porous Metal Materials

1. High-temperature precision filtration.
2. NiMH battery electrode.
3. Hydrogenation foam catalyst carrier.
4. Chemical precious metal exchange recovery.
5. The filter element in the low-temperature zone of the hydrofluoric acid system in the alkylation unit of refinery.

Ⅴ. About Nickel base alloy sintered porous materials
 
Nickel-based alloy based on nickel substrate within 650-1000 ℃ has high strength and good resistance to oxidation and gas corrosion resistance of high-temperature alloy material.

1. Monel alloy is a corrosion-resistant alloy with high temperature, high strength, and excellent comprehensive performance. It has excellent corrosion resistance in hydrofluoric acid and fluorine gas medium and also has excellent corrosion resistance to hot concentrated alkali solution. It is also resistant to corrosion of neutral solution, water, seawater, atmosphere, and organic compounds.
2. Monel alloy porous material in the power plant can be used for making seamless filtering elements in the water pipe, steam pipe, the water exchange and evaporator of filtration devices, filter elements, sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid environment of crude oil distillation filtering device, used in water filtration equipment, and nuclear industry used in the manufacture of uranium refining and isotope separation filtration equipment, filter elements in hydrochloric acid production equipment, filter element in a low-temperature zone of the hydrofluoric acid system in alkylation unit of refinery.
3. Inconel alloy has good high-temperature corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, excellent cold, and hot processing and welding performance, resistance to chlorine, hydrogen fluoride, hydrogen chloride corrosion.
4. INCONEL alloy sintered porous material has the characteristics of high filtration accuracy, good air permeability, and high mechanical strength. It is widely used in compressed air deoiled purification, crude oil sand removal filtration, nitrogen, and hydrogen filtration, pure oxygen filtration, bubble generator, fluidized bed gas distribution, and other fields in pneumatic components, chemical industry, environmental protection, and other industries.
