5. Attention for cleaning stainless steel sintered porous materials

Working pressure ≤0.45MPa.When the pressure exceeds 0.45Mpa, clean air or clean liquid should be used in time for backblowing and backwashing, and the backblowing pressure is less than or equal to 0.6Mpa.
When the titanium filter element is backblowing and backwashing, it is generally backblowing with pure gas first, and the backblowing pressure is 1.2-1.5 times of the working pressure. The backblowing time is 3-5 seconds each time. After repeated operation for 4-6 times, the backwashing is carried out with clean liquid for 3-5 minutes and 2-3 operations.
