5. Precautions for the use of titanium sintered porous materials:

During installation, disassembly and clean avoid scratches, collisions and falls on hard objects.
When using, the filtrate is filtered from the outside in to avoid the reverse direction.
When the first filter cleaning with pure gas cleaning, cleaning gas pressure is 1.5 times the working pressure, each backflush time of 3-5 seconds, 4-6 times to backflush, and then backwashing for 3-5 minutes Cleanser , Repeat 2-3 times.
Avoid instant pressurization when the filter element works.

6. Method for cleaning titanium sintered porous materials:

The filter elements of water industry are mainly rinsed with 5% concentration of nitric acid.
Liquid filter cartridges according to the chemical nature of the impurities were filtered using acid (nitric acid concentration of 5%) or caustic (sodium hydroxide concentration of 3-5%) and then soaked and rinsed using ultrasonic cleaning.
